AUBURN-Sally Ellen (Anderson) Westermark, 83, of Auburn passed away Saturday, December 11 in the Lutheran Home.
Her husband, Engnar Tor Westermark died in 1976. She leaves a daughter, Alyssa and her husband, J. Bruce Riedl of Lorton, VA; a son, John and his wife, Doreen Westermark of Auburn; six grandchildren, Ashley and her husband, Alex Stoyanov of E. Boston, Anna and Eric Westermark of Auburn, Greer, Gabriel and Finn Riedl of Lorton, VA; a sister, Sandra Jablonski of Millbury; her best friend, Ruth Thomson of Auburn and many nieces and nephews. Her sister, Carolyn Eck and her husband Calvert and her brother-in-law, Joseph Jablonski predeceased her. She was born in Chicago, IL daughter of Edwin E. and Elna E. (Nordstrom) Anderson.
Sally was a buyer for many years for the former O'Coin's Furniture in Worcester. She was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church. In her free time she loved working in her yard, bowling or travel on some new adventure with her best friend. She loved precious time spent with family and walking her dogs throughout the years in her neighborhood.
Due to the Pandemic a Private Funeral Service will be held in Bethel Lutheran Church, 90 Bryn Mawr Ave. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bethel Lutheran Church or Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research 111W 33rd Street, New York, NY 10001
