The Abbey, Woods, Gray, Hall, Lohmeier, and Roberts Families with heavy hearts announce the passing of the family Matriarch our beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother Salome G. Abbey. This sad event occurred on February 8, 2024, in Worcester, Massachusetts, USA. 
 
 Salome G. Abbey was born on August 24, 1940, in Zorzor, Lofa County, Liberia. She was the 1st of several children. She leaves to mourn her children; Ophelia Woods, Evelyn Gray (Ernest), Catherine Abbey, Christina Lohmeier (Herbert), Wanetta Abbey Hall, Isaac Abbey (Victoria), Christopher Abbey, Comfort Abbey Roberts (Dandison), 
 
 Grandchildren; Margaret Abbey, Nancy Graham, Wenwu Gray, Brittney Paulk, Sampson Roberts, Johannes and Robert Lohmeier, Elijah, and Jazmin Hall, Gbidee, Preyea and Caroline Roberts, Caroline and Isaac Jr. Abbey; her sister; Yamah Richard, her brother; Joseph Sumo; great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of families in the USA, Liberia, Nigeria & Germany. 
 
 She was preceded in death by her husband; Senior Apostle Solomon F. Abbey, her mother; Kabeh Gbidee, her children; Caroline O. and Gloria Abbey, her brothers; Flomo and Kokulo Teakeh.
