Samuel Kofi Appiah Kubi Jr, also known as Sam, was born in Kumasi, Ghana, and unexpectedly passed away on March 19, 2024, at the Saint Vincent Hospital.
Samuel leaves behind his Father: Samuel Kofi Appiah Kubi Snr, Mother: Elizabeth Asmah, Wife of 16 years: Mavis Appiah Kubi, Children: Serenia D. Appiah Kubi, Sydelle Appiah Kubi, Brothers: Anhony Esirif Washineton, Gabriel Appiah Kubi, Kwame Appiah, Joseph Ansah Appiah Kubi, Syivester Gyapong Appiah Kubi. Sisters: Yaa Gladys, Adwoa Serwaa, Wilhelmina Fosu Appiah Kubi.
In addition to his immediate family, Samuel is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins who will miss him dearly.
Samuel was a family man and held a special place in his heart for his wife and three children whom he had nick named Angel, Princess, and Little Flower. He worked so hard and tirelessly with the future of his girls always in mind.
Samuel was known for his loving kindness to everyone he encountered. His quiet, calm, meek, and lovable nature made him outstanding in all his endeavors. He was passionate with his job as a Residential Assistant, taking care of Autistic children who, with their families, were so attached to him for his outstanding love for them. He leaves behind cherished memories that will forever live in the hearts of his family members and friends.
Family and friends are welcomed to a celebration of Samuel's life with visiting on Saturday, May 18th, 2024, from 8am to 10:30am at Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home located at 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, 162 Webster St, Worcester, MA 01603.
A Final Funeral Rites/Family Gathering will be held Saturday, May 18th 2024 from 6pm to 12 midnight at the Church of Pentecost, Overcomers Temple, 395 Faneuil Street, Brighton MA 02135, followed by Thanksgiving Service May 19th, 2024 from 10am to 12:30pm at the Church of Pentecost, Overcomers Temple, 395 Faneuil Street, Brighton MA 02135.
Samuel will forever be missed by all, and we will continue to honor his legacy and keep his spirit alive through our memories.
