Sheri J. Degre

Sheri J. Degre, 45, died on Saturday, July 22 in UMass Memorial Hospital after a long battle with cancer.

   She leaves two sons; Dominic Aguiar and Joshua Aguiar of Worcester, a daughter Kelci Aguiar of Worcester, her mother Joan M. Degre of Worcester, two brothers; Bruce Degre and his wife Diana of Florida and Eugene Degre and his wife Patricia of Holden, two sisters; Kerrie Shulten and her husband Mark of Worcester and Deborah Labelle of Loganville, GA, her longtime companion Damien Benson of Worcester and several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by a son Nicholas Degre.

   Sheri was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Eugene A. Degre.  She was a supervisor for many years at Burlington Coat Factory.  She enjoyed crafts and going to the casino.  She loved going to the beach and spending time with her beloved family and friends.

  A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 3 from 4:00-6:00 PM in Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle Street with a service following at 6:00 PM.  Burial in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton will be private at the convenience of the family.
