Stephen Kelley

Pinellas Park, FL / Worcester- Stephen Kelley, 69, passed away unexpectedly at his home.

He is predeceased by his wife of 27 years, Mary C. (LaForest) Kelley and his stepdaughter, Christine Powers.

He is survived by his stepchildren who he raised as his own kids, David Powers and his wife, Selena of Attleboro and Deborah Powers and her fiancé Duane Burke of Millbury; six grandchildren, Daniel, Arlena, Jessica, Colton, Tasha and Tobias; his sister, Susan Bousquet of Worcester; several nieces, nephews extended family members and friends.

He was born in Worcester on July 26, 1952, a son of the late Michael J. Kelley and Mary Bennett. Steve attended local schools and worked for many years at the former New England Telephone Company until his retirement. Steve was an avid golfer and a fan of all New England Sports teams. He will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure to know him.

Besides his parents, Stephen was predeceased by five brothers, Robert, Michael, Richard, William and John and also his sister, Mary Demars.

Family and friends will celebrate his life on Monday, August 23, 2021, with a visiting hour from 11:00am until 12:00pm at the Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home, and he will then be laid to rest with his wife at St. John's Cemetery.
