WORCESTER
Steven P. Geneva, 40, of Worcester died Tuesday, May 2.
He leaves two sons, Joseph P. Geneva and Keith P. Geneva both of Worcester; his longtime companion, Lori L. Hauver of Worcester; his mother, Patricia A. Geneva of Worcester; his father, James C. Geneva of Holden; two brothers, Christopher and his wife Maria Geneva of Worcester and James J. and his wife Joanne Geneva of Sutton; two step-sisters, Donna Dinino of Leominster and Kathy Sullivan of New Hampshire, aunts and uncles; cousins and nephews. He was born in Worcester and attended Montachusett Regional Vocational High School in Fitchburg and graduated from the Northeast Institute of Technology, Boston and lived in West Boylston and Sterling for many years, before moving to Worcester.
Steven was a licensed HVAC Engineer with Fidelity Investments, prior to that he worked for Astra Pharmaceutical Company. He was a member of St. George's Church and involved in church ministries. He was a member of the Chandler Magnet School PTA and actively involved in helping others in the AA Program. He was a former Boy Scout and alterserver at. St. Richard's Church both in Sterling.
The funeral will be held Monday,May 8, from Fay Brothers Funeral Home, 1 W. Boylston St. W. Boylston, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. George's Church, 38 Brattle St. Burial will be in Mt. Vernon Cemetery, West Boylston. Visiting Hours are Sunday, May 7, from 3 to 5pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to, St. George's Church-Youth Program, 38 Brattle St., Worcester, 01606.
