WEST BOYLSTON-Stillman E. Nadow, 93, passed away at home Monday, May 2, 2011.

His wife of 59 years, Arline M. (Lewis) Nadow passed away in 1998. He leaves two children, Marcia D. Jackson Martin and her husband Bill of West Boylston and Edward Stillman Nadow and his wife Karen of Holland, VT, his daughter Joyce A Benoit predeceased him; eleven grandchildren, Edward Benoit, Pamela Jacques, Lori Altongy, Stephanie Sokol, Lisa Martin, Michelle Martin, Jason Nadow, Mathew Nadow, Katherine Belisle, Carol Morin and Jeff Kennedy; eight great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. His great grandson, Tyler and seven brothers and sisters, Elliot Nadow, Gladys James, Pricilla Doyle, Myrtle Poirier, Charlotte Juaire, Robert Nadow and Francis Nadow also predeceased him.

Stillman was born in Worcester the son of Elliot A. and Lucy J. (Burill) Nadow. He worked for over 40 years at Crompton & Knowles Co. before retiring. During his youth he belonged to the Civil Conservation Corp.

Mr. Nadow's visiting hours will be on Thursday, May 5 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 1 W. Boylston St. His funeral service will take place on Friday, May 6 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home. Interment will be in Mt. Vernon Cemetery.
