Tammy L. Fontaine

Tammy L. Fontaine, 40 of Worcester, formerly of Millbury passed away Sunday, May 1st, unexpectedly at home.




She leaves her daughter, Tara Pelchat of Pottsville, PA; her son, Joshua Fontaine and his father Dale Vinnicombe both of Worcester; six siblings, Laurie Rivera and her husband, Nestor Jr. of So. Grafton, Mark Fontaine and his wife, Lynn of Ashford, CT; Larry Phillips and his wife Francine of Worcester, Kandice Pelchat of Millbury, Ken Koziol of Worcester and Keith Koziol and his wife Cathy of Illinois; a grand-daughter, Precious; many nieces and nephews, among them Sherry, who was like a sister; and a very dear friend, Edmund Hudson of Worcester. She was born in Webster, daughter of Wilfred J. and Mary F. (Turner) Fontaine.




Tammy loved fishing, family, country music, and being outdoors soaking up the sun.




Visiting Hours are Thursday, May 5th from 5 to 8 PM with a Prayer Service at 7:30 PM at Callahan & Fay Brothers Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St. Funeral and Burial Services will be private in St. Philip's Cemetery, South Grafton.
