Theodora B. Sweeney

WORCESTER-Theodora B. "Teddy" (Morrison) Sweeney, 75, formerly of Milford, NH, died Tuesday, December 29 in Notre Dame Long Term Care Center, Worcester, MA. She leaves two sons, Mark Sweeney of Fitzwilliam, NH, Paul Sweeney of Wilton, NH; four daughters, Deborah Lohoski of Hampton, NH, Linda Hartwell of Jaffrey, NH, Patricia Dubey of Middlefield, CT and Cynthia Mullett of Princeton, MA. She also leaves ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her former husband, Francis W. Sweeney.
She was born in Trenton, NJ, the daughter of Frank and Lillian (Biltcliffe) Morrison. Teddy moved to New Hampshire as a young child and lived there for most of her life. She graduated from Keene High School and attended Russell Sage College. She worked for Bechard Insurance in Nashua, NH and Holt Insurance in Milford, NH. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church in Milford, NH.
The Funeral Mass will be held at 11 AM on Monday, January 4 at Prince of Peace Church, 1 Worcester Road, Princeton, MA. There will be no calling hours. Burial in Pocasset Cemetery in Cranston, RI will take place in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations in Teddy's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Assoc., 311 Arsenal Street, Watertown, MA 02472.
