Theresa M. Lemerise

WORCESTER: Theresa M. (McHugh) Lemerise, 64, passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, in her home, surrounded by her loving family

She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Daniel C. Lemerise; her daughter, Jennifer Genduso and her husband Anthony; 4 brothers, John McHugh and his wife Linda, Steven McHugh and his wife Tracy, Edward McHugh and Robert McHugh; 3 granddaughters, Jillian, Natalee, and Samantha; and many nieces and nephews.

Theresa was born in Worcester, daughter of the late John & Dorothy (Sargentelli) McHugh. She worked as a home health aide. Among her many pastimes, she enjoyed arts and crafts, tending to her house plants, and cooking delicious meals for family and friends. Above all, she adored her family and cherished their time together.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11AM on Friday, October 23, in St. John's Church, 44 Temple St., Worcester. Calling hours will be held from 9 until 10:30AM on Friday, October 23, in the Callahan Fay & Caswell Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester. Burial will be private.
