WORCESTER-Thomas C. Condon, 87, formerly of Leominster, passed away Thursday, May 17 in UMASS Medical Center.
He leaves his wife of almost 61 years, Jean A. (Bruso) Condon; a son, Thomas C. Condon, Jr. and his wife, Diane of Mansfield; a daughter, Mary C. Robinson and her husband, John of Bolton; a grand-daughter, Lily Robinson; a sister, Claire C. Wall of Worcester and a sister-in-law, Maureen Bruso of Worcester. A brother in law, Richard Wall predeceased him. He was born in Worcester, son of Thomas C. and Gertrude A. (Reardon) Condon. Thomas graduated from St. Peter's High School and Worcester Junior College and served in the United States Coast Guard.
Thomas was a supervisor of metering and later in his career of training for the Massachusetts Electric Company for many years, before retiring. He was a longtime member of Holy Family of Nazareth Church.
Thomas's love centered around his family.
The Funeral will be Wednesday, May 23 from Fay Brothers Funeral Home, 1 West Boylston St., West Boylston with a Mass at 10:00am in Holy Family of Nazareth Church, 750 Union St., Leominster. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Worcester. Visiting Hours are Tuesday, May 22 from 4:00 to 6:00pm.
