Thomas J. Leamy

Thomas J. Leamy, 63, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2023 at The Odd Fellows Home, Worcester, MA after a long illness.

Tom was born in Worcester, MA son of the late William I. Leamy, Jr. and Helen M. (Powers) Leamy. He was a lifelong Worcester resident. Tom attended Doherty High School and was an Honorably Discharged U.S. Air Force Veteran who worked as an Avionics Technician with the Strategic Air Command (SAC).

He leaves his brother, William T. Leamy and wife Judith of Weymouth, his sister, Barbara Leamy-Kolligian of Worcester and his sister, Mary Ellen Otenti and husband Gene of Marlborough, one nephew, three nieces, a great nephew and a great niece.  Tom was an electronics hobbyist and also a skilled photographer.  He was a generous uncle and enjoyed taking pictures of his nieces and nephews.  Tom also documented many historical sites in photographs for his family. 

A graveside service will be held at 11:30am at St. John Cemetery, Parker Rd., Lancaster. Arrangements are in the care of Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester. Donations may be sent to Veterans Inc., 69 Grove St., Worcester, MA 01605.
