Thomas Charles Nolan, 62, passed away on May 2, 2019.

He was born in Holden on August 22, 1956 a son of the late Charles J. and Joanne A. (Kelley) Nolan. He was raised in West Boylston and attended Assumption Prep before graduating from West Boylston High School in 1974. From there, Tom went on to attend Assumption College.

His hard work ethic and ambition led him to form his own disposal company, Service Plus Disposal which he owned and operated until his retirement. He was a sports fanatic and enjoyed golfing and playing softball over the years with his close friends.

Tom was most happy being outdoors, walking and hiking, and enjoyed taking in all that nature had to offer. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed joking around and making everyone laugh. Above all his children and grandchildren were the light of his life and he cherished time spent with them and being able to watch them grow.

He leaves behind his loving children, Janessa and Derek Nolan, and their mother, Nancy Nolan; his grandchildren, Ryan and Devin; siblings, Paul Nolan and his wife, Gracie, Diane DiCicco and her husband, Paul, Janet Nolan and her husband, Bruce Bedard and Patti Vandersteel and her husband, Stoddard; many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members and friends.

Besides his parents, Tom was predeceased by his sister Barbara Gray.
