Tina M. Ferris

Tina M. (Doucimo) Ferris 33, of 35 Waite St. died Tuesday, April 20, at UMass Memorial Healthcare-University Campus, after a long illness.

She leaves her husband of 10 years, William F. Ferris; dedicated mother of Andrew Ferris, Joe Boulay, Shawn Ferris and Ashley Boulay all of Leicester. She also leaves her mother, Jeannette (Jessing) Doucimo of Rochdale; three sisters, Dara J. Turco of West Palm Beach, FL, Valerie Cooper of Malden and Parmelia Herrera of Rochdale; two brother, Kris Doucimo of Tampa, FL and Dale Doucimo of West Palm Beach, FL. and nieces and nephews. A son, Joshua Ferris died in 1993 and a brother, Lane Doucimo died in 1976. She was born in Webster, daughter of Vieo "Blackie" Doucimo and graduated from Leicester High School and attended Quinsigamond Community College.

Tina was a Nurse's Aide. She was a member of St. Aloysius-St. Jude Church and a former C.C.D. teacher. Tina was also an active volunteer in children's sports.

The Funeral will be held Saturday, April 24, from FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 9 Hammond St. Worcester, with a Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Aloysius-St. Jude Church, 489 Pleasant St. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling Hours are Saturday, April 24, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Aloysius-St. Jude Church, 489 Pleasant St. Leicester 01524.
