Tyler W. Jacques

WEST BOYLSTON-

Tyler W. Jacques, 8, of 5 Crescent St., died Wednesday, Sept. 3, in UMASS-Memorial Medical Center, Lake Ave. Campus, after an illness.

He leaves his mother, Pamela L. (Benoit) Jacques and a brother, Jesse C. Jacques both of West Boylston with whom he lived; a half brother, Matthew W. Jacques of Templeton; maternal grandparents, David and Joyce Benoit of West Boylston; paternal grandparents, Robert and Elizabeth Jacques of Leicester. He was born in Worcester. He was a member of the Scotty-Luce Coalition

A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, Sept. 6 at Noon in the First Congregational Church 26 Central St. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
