Vincent L. Gallagher

WORCESTER-Vincent L. Gallagher, 71, died Monday, July 6 in the St. Francis Home. He leaves a sister, Margaret M. Gallagher of Worcester; several nephews and nieces and grandnephews and grandnieces. He was predeceased by six brothers, John, Jr., James, David, Robert, Thomas and Richard Gallagher and a sister Joan Murphy. He was born in Worcester, son of John and Margaret (Dowling) Gallagher. Vincent worked for New York Central Railroad for several years and was a lifelong member of St. Stephen's Church. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed spending time at Hampton Beach with his family.
The funeral will be held on Thursday, July 9 from CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. with a Mass at 11:15 AM in St. Stephen's Church, 357 Grafton Street.
