Virginia May Hultgren

December 7, 1931 — December 24, 2009

WORCESTER-Virginia May (Johnson) Hultgren, 78, of Worcester, passed from this life on Thursday, December 24 at Heywood Hospital, Gardner. She leaves a daughter, Linda Marie Hultgren and her fianc%C3%A9e Aleksandr Krepkikh and a grandson, Alexander Lennart Hultgren-Krepkikh. A brother Everett Johnson predeceased her. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Verner and Hilma M. (Anderson) Johnson, graduated from Commerce High School and was a lifelong resident of Worcester. Virginia worked for Professional Hearing Aide in Worcester and the Jade Tree Shop in the Worcester Galleria for many years. She was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church, enjoyed sewing, loved all animals, especially cats and was an exceptional artist.
The family would like to express a special thank you to Julie Rudzicki of the VNA for the loving support she provided to Virginia.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 30 in CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. Burial will follow in All Faith's Cemetery. Visiting hours are Tuesday, December 29 from 5-7 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Virginia's memory to the MSPCA-Angell, Attn: Donations, 350 South Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02130.
