Virginia (Hildreth) Sims 48, of Spring Valley Nursing Home, died Sunday, Nov.9, at St. Vincent Hospital at Worcester Medical Center, after a long illness.

She leaves a daughter, Rhiannon Sims of Webster; her former husband, Larry Sims of Florida; four brothers, Gary Hildreth of Harrington, ME, Ronald Hildreth of California, William Hildreth of Bedford, ME, and Junnie Hildreth of Worcester; two sisters, Joanne Hildreth-Gravel of Worcester and Linda Jakubiak of Barre; five grandchildren. A brother, Andrew Hildreth, predeceased her. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Walter and Helen (Meehan) Hildreth.

A Funeral will be held Wednesday, Nov.12, at Noon in Wesley United Methodist Church 114 Main St. Calling Hours are Tuesday, Nov 11, from 6 to 8 p.m. at FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME 9 Hammond St.
