West Boylston-William James Moisuk, 70, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at UMass Memorial Hospital, Worcester.
William was born on August 4, 1951, son of the late Helen (Derkack) and Joseph Moisuk. Bill grew up in Colchester, Connecticut where he graduated from Bacon Academy in 1968. After graduating from Tufts University in 1972, with a degree in engineering and applied math, he was employed by State Mutual Life Assurance Company as an Actuary for many years. He retired in 2016 from Central Mass Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) after dedicating 15 years as a transportation planner.
Bill enjoyed following sports, especially professional football, baseball and horse racing. He appreciated photography, listening to music and loved to read.
Bill leaves behind his beloved wife of 33 years, Tracy (Gow) Moisuk and her family; daughter, Jill Moisuk and grandson; siblings, Donna Moisuk and Michael Moisuk, and longtime friends. He was predeceased by both of his parents. Bill will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved him, as well as many who simply appreciated his own unique sense of humor.
