William F. Riedl

WORCESTER-William F. Riedl, 78, died unexpectedly Sat., April 26 in Caribou, Maine. His wife Pamela A. (Morrow) Riedl predeceased him in 2001. He leaves four daughters, Joan Perry of Worc., Patricia Coleman and her husband John of Washburn, ME, Ann Marie Riedl of Worc., and Donna Riedl-Henry and her husband Bradford of Salem, MA; several grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

He was born in Worcester son of William N. and Frances H. (Cameron) Riedl and was an Army veteran of the Korean War. Mr. Riedl was a dispatcher for various trucking companies, retiring from Pilot Freight. He was an avid Boston sports fan, enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with his grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be held on Wed., April 30 from 6-8 PM with a prayer service at 7 PM in Callahan & Fay Brothers Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St. Burial will be in VA National Cemetery in Bourne. For online condolence book and directions please visit www.callahanfay.com
