Wynne Shea

WORCESTER-Wynne (Lewis) Shea, 69, passed away surrounded by her family after a short battle with cancer.

Her husband of 35 years, Robert P. Shea passed away in 1995. She leaves two sons, James F. Shea and his wife Donna of Auburn and Robert P. Shea and his wife Carol of Worcester; her daughter, Wendy M. Sexton and her husband, Wayne of Acworth, GA; three sisters, Megan Zielinski of Worcester, Jill Pimblett and Wendy Hamblin both of England; eight grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, John Lewis.

She was born in Bristol, England the daughter of William and Doris (Simmons) Lewis. She moved to Worcester in 1958 and lived here the rest of her life.

The family would like to thank VNA Care Network and Hospice for the special care given to Wynne.

A visiting hour will be held Monday, March 15 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St with a funeral service following at 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Burial will be private.
